Certified Transmission

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of replacing my transmission in my 08 F150 4x4. They had me back on the road in 3 days. The shop was very clean in the service bays as well as the lobby and restrooms. Counter staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Top notch!

Abysmal service from money-hungry predators. 0/10, do not recommend. I had my transmission replaced, and upon receiving my vehicle back, there were items under the hood not put back correctly. When I asked them about it, they said they didn’t do it, which was a lie. I asked about strange noises I was hearing that were not there before the work they did, and they read me the AI section of the same Google search I did earlier that day. I asked them to look at it, since I had a warranty on the repair, and they said they would, but if they decided it didn’t need to be looked at after looking at it, they would charge me $100. I asked for advice on what to do in the meantime and they were completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Upon leaving their lot, I had more broken parts than what I started with. I had to get $2000 worth of work done at a different, trusted garage after the $6000 mess they made under my hood. Smaller issues were taking longer than anticipated for the repair and offering expired coffee and creamers. At least they are consistent with having zero attention to detail or care for customers. I wouldn’t trust them with anything, and I will not be returning.

People were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my issue. Did an excellent job of fixing my vehicle and keeping me informed on the progress. Great service top notch. Very satisfied with the job they did. Price was fair would recommend them to anyone. Will use them again if need.
