Certified Transmission

I dont know how many stories start off with "so I went to the dealer... " and had no resolve, well that's how mine started. My dealer told me my issue with the transmission was normal and i only needed a sway bar/dog bone or aomething or another replaced. They even printed me out some document showing that my issue with my 2019 gmc terrain has the same reports and findings. Well, months later, I'm still pondering that was is going on is not right. So I took it to this location. Well, they found the problem, there was metal in my transmission and something else with it. Nonetheless, misty and the certified mechanics said I needed a replacement transmission, and that they work with all warranty companies. They were quick to get me in. They were quick to get it the part and replace my transmission and have been nothing but nice. I saw this hanging on the wall when I was there today for my follow up inspection after "major surgery" as misty put it (which I still think is hilarious), to make sure theres no leaks and that everything is going smoothe since the replacement (which all is)! They did it right the first time. I know ill never take my car to a dealer if I need transmission work done. My 2017 grand Cherokee unfortunately had a bad transmission that needed replaced. Certified had a transmission in stock and was able to get the replacement schedule and completed a day and half. so far all is good with the transmission and even if there is something to come up, I can fallback on their 5 year/100k warranty. No one else I talked to could approach their warranty.

Great experience. I dropped the truck off one day, they determined the transmission needed to be replaced, ordered the new one, and had it installed the next day. I found the cost to be less than I was expecting, so another great surprised.
