Les Schwab Tire Center

I purchased a set of 4 new Open Range AT Plus 10 ply tires from the Les Schwab Worthington MN store. I stopped by on 2 occasions during my search for tires and each time I spoke with Steve. He took the time to listen to my needs and he recommended the Open Range tires. He even took my nearly new passenger class tires in on trade. The service at Les Schwab is impressive and Steve is definitely an asset to the company. The ride home on my new tires was impressive. The first snowfall of the season is in the forecast and I'm confident I won't be disappointed in the upgrade.

Customer service was amazing and the free warranty is hard to beat. They have quality tires and are very transparent about everything. The only thing I would say is that the service takes a decent bit of time so I would recommend having a ride somewhere while the job gets done. Other than that I’m very happy and will definitely return!

Came in for a standard oil change, and found that the previous shop we had taken the car to had stripped out the oil plug when replacing it, as there was oil coating the entire bottom of our car. Gus and the team were incredibly helpful and got our car in the same day and did the repair! They did it in a timely manner, and were very helpful and fair in the price!

I brought bare wheels and tires in to get mounted only. I requested NO balancing. They charged me for balancing, and removal of tires that were not even on the wheels I brought in. I also visually saw through their window they didnt balance them after I was charged for it. Then they double down and charge to dispose of tires that I didnt even have on the wheels! After calling them out on it they decided its company policy to make customers pay for services that were not done. The workers at this location also seem unaware of their surroundings and i had to wait a good 30 minutes in the lobby before getting any sort of help. And the second time I had to try in a pinch (said they had the tires in 2 days), the guy "forgot" to click ORDER on the tires i called in, so they were late. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
