Wow! This place is amazing! I brought my car in after getting a quote from Subaru and they were able to give me a better price and a better warranty on the job. But even more impressive than that, they told me that this was an issue that did not need to be addressed right now and I could wait as it was an expensive item. I was so impressed with that experience that I brought my car back again and they really put me at ease for a different fix that needed to be done. Additionally, they were willing to drive me to wherever I needed to go or even give me a loaner vehicle so that I could get to my job. Finally, I called them because I was trying to confirm if a service had been done on my car at the dealership and they offered to call the dealership for me so they could discover what was going on. They were able to identify that the service was completed there as well as additional services and they will update that in my car history. I cannot express enough what a breath of fresh air. This experience has been. I really need my car for my job. I also need to be cognizant of cost. I like how they walk me through what needs to be done and then a reasonable timeline should I want to spread that out over the coming months. Thank you Tilson’s

Joel and the Gang helped me out on a 23 below morning switching out a battery... Made a little bit of a rough day into a great day! They were absolutely wonderful!

They were great. They walked you through everything they were planning on doing and were very thorough with everything. I recommend these guys , and would go back.

I had a tire that looked low and attempted to get a pressure reading but had difficulty with the valve stem. Aaron said he would take a look and see if this was something that could be taken care of free of charge. He was able to inflate and then checked for any leaking. None detected. He said to stop back anytime if I notice any problem rather than going to gas stations for inflation needs. No charge today for some fast and honest service. Thanks.

We needed some heavy repairs before a long trip and despite our time crunch, Tilsons went above and beyond to make sure we had everything ready to go. Good communication, good work, and great attitudes. Update: adding on to our review from before, I'm still new to cold weather driving issues. Our car wouldn't start at a grocery store parking lot today with the kids inside, I thought we had a brake issue (but I guess the car was just too cold for electronics to function), called Tilsons and they sent someone to bring the kids and me home and a tow to take the car in, but the issue resolved itself before they arrived. I called them back and explained, they seemed patient and kind and I very much appreciate them taking the time to help us. I hope to feel less silly the next time I need our car checked.
