I had a great experience when I needed to get a minor issue fixed with my car. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I left. They were thorough, professional and clearly cared about getting the job done right- not just quickly. They even stayed after closing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car repairs!

Needed an oil change very last minute. Colton did his magic and squeezed me in. Great service in store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Inside of the store was clean with plenty of comfortable seating. In and out in less than an hour. We made 3 additional appointments for our entire family's cars oil changes and required maintenance. Prices are competitive and they are not trying to do extra services to pad the bill. I highly recommend and trust Plymouth Tire and Auto. Overall: great service and valuable peace of mind that everything is done correctly with integrity and precision.

Extremely thorugh, expedient, professional, honest, and friendly. The price point was 1/3 less than what my other mechanics were going to charge me, and scheduling was easy and quick to get in. On top of that, the entire visit took less than my anticipated time, and that was a pleasant added surprise. I asked about when to return to have some other maintenance done, and I was offered a very honest timeline, no pushiness at all. Everyone was upbeat, engaging, and very friendly. I am defintely continuing to return for my vehicle needs.

This review will be for two vehicles We just purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 and bring it in for service to check it over we had some concerns of the rotor going out but it was actually tire wear and then they also gave us an updated version of the maintenance on the vehicle to keep us up-to-date which was very nice. Now for the other half of this review. We bring in 2008 Infiniti fx35, for a wheel bearings and then also for a clock spring in the dash of the hardwood work again. They had both of these services done the same day. I did drop off the vehicle and the pricing wasn't too bad it's about average. The staff are amazing and they're doing their jobs right and not cutting corners at least that we know of. Lol. So we bring a professional vehicle in for work and then also our personal vehicle and from now on they'll take care of our vehicles.

Had a great experience. Will return for tire rotation and winter/summer tire swaps again. The guys recommended rims for my winter tires to help them last longer and make it less expensive to take on and off.
