Great experience with Charlie - I brought my car in for a last minute oil change and he found a couple other issues with it. He clearly communicated what they were, how serious they were, and how long it would take to fix. Everything was done in a few hours and the price was extremely reasonable. Charlie’s also just a great person, I’m glad we have his shop in the area.
View on GoogleCalled indicating that I understood form process can't be quoted without looking at the car but asked for an approximate cost for a specific repair and gave him the year make and model of my vehicle. He asked if it was turbo, which I said yes.And then he refused to speak with me.Any further told me that I had to bring my car in that he didn't give prices over the phone. I simply wanted a ballpark number for what price and labor would be for a specific part.It's really simple and his response made no sense & He was quite rude
View on GoogleCharlie is my go to mechanic. He's been working on my focus since I've had it. It's a hand me down car, and he keeps it in great shape for me. Have never had my car in his shop for more than two days, and great prices. Can't go wrong taking your car to him.
View on GoogleWhen I pulled in just to set up an appointment for a new alternator, the gentleman, Charlie, told me it would take 20 minutes or so to do the diagnostic testing right then and there. He was very informative and professional. What I thought might be several hundred dollars became a fraction of that. Charlie was honest and up front. I will be returning for any future work on my car, and so should you! This guy is a keeper!

Owner estimated how long it might take and said he could give me an estimate after reviewing the problem and would call before he started work. He found other problems that I knew needed fixing and said he would have it done by the next...He got both issues fixed the same day! Chuck is definitely a honest mechanic
