Person helping me the 2 times I've been there doesn't have the needed knowledge. The one time another customer ended up helping me. Today I walked out without anything because I knew her advice was wrong. I went to Keck Hardware and got just what I needed with service from a very knowledgeable employee.
View on GoogleIn less than a year, I have bought three lawn mowers from this location… All three lawn mowers had the exact same issue would not start throttle assembly would not work correctly and they was all non-adjustable.. The store manager. LORI …refused to give me a refund, A repair, Or a store credit…. Yes, I’ve been shopping here for the last 20 years. I am a local resident, but unfortunately it’ll be the last time I spend in the store. Figured I would just share my experience because obviously if it happened to me, it’s happening to SOMEONE ELSE…! I highly recommend not to buy a lawnmower from here.. And don’t never expect any customer service from Lori their manager very rude and very Poor specimen of a manager!!…. Hey Great Lakes, Ace Hardware! You need to find a new manager!
View on GoogleVery helpful staff took us the time of bringing me a car cuz I saw that I was having a hard time walking this is to me to find what I was looking for in the store which was a door handle for a screen door it's Unfortunately they didn't have the exact one I need it but I got something temporary that will help out for the time being don't be afraid to go stop into your local Ace Hardware they really do help out and they're really cool
