Had them overhaul my old ford v10. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. They tackled the nightmare manifold studs like absolute professionals! Quick service, extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI picked this place because it was the only muffler shop open on Saturday. I’m so glad I did. The heat shield was hanging and the muffler had come loose. It was making a ton of noise and dragging. I wasn’t sure of everything that was wrong. He lifted in the air and checked the whole exhaust. He made sure everything was tightened and put the heat shield back in place. He evened offered us donuts and coffee while we waited. The place was clean and the staff was very nice. Definitely going back if I need anything else. He never pressured us into anything we didn’t need.
View on GoogleUnfortunately the passenger side muffler tip has come off twice. The first time I took it back, after a little pushback, they did it again (no charge), and it lasted nearly a year. It fell of again a few days ago, but I went to another location and they couldn't figure out why the Taylor location barely welded the tip to the pipe. I imagine if he would have put the car on the lift instead of trying to weld on his back, it may have yielded better results. In fairness, they did weld tips on my other vehicle and it's been fine.
View on GoogleMy experience here was beyond anything else I’ve experienced at similar auto repair shops. Firstly, the man behind the phone, Hector. I had called 5 different shops previously for a bolt removal and engine mount installation and they all lead to dead ends. However, Hector gave me a time and a place with no hassle. He laughs with his customers and makes casual jokes which is rare to see. He actually seems to enjoy what he does. When I showed up, I was in and out within 1hr/1hr 20mins. They even allowed me to go into the bay and show the mechanic what specifically I needed fixed. As I was sitting in their lobby (pretty comfortably might I add) I was worried they’d over charge me like many shops before, but to my surprise they didn’t; the whole job was less than $90. Overall, from Hector’s great attitude to the mechanic’s amazing work, my experience here will definitely bring me and my car back whenever I need more upgrades done.
View on GoogleWent down a bumpy dirt road and after a couple bumps my exhaust was loud. Went to Muffler Man Taylor location, they charge $40 inspection fee, but if you have them do the repair they don't charge the fee, I agreed and they inspected exhaust, gave me up front the cost, it was a broken clamp bolt on a converter pipe, they didn't try to sell me a new part that I didn't need , they simply fixed the defect and charged me exactly what we had agreed upon , It was quick and easy with no hassle. For what I had done I would have to highly recommend them.
