My son highly recommended Heritage Car Care since he goes there when the need arises & always happy with their service. I went there on a Friday with my 2019 Encore & was greeted by Rachel who is a very nice professional lady who did not mind me talking her ears off...lol Just a very good down to earth person. I went there thinking I needed brakes & rotors but Ted ( Owner ) looked at everything & gave me his honest opinion & said brakes & rotors looked good & told me the brakes are good for another 10 or 15 k miles. Also did not charge me which I very much appreciated. I also needed my window switch replaced & Ted ordered the part from the dealership & replaced it for a very reasonable price. I can now lower & raise windows which is very useful especially when being a senior. I will definitely give this very fine establishment a 5 star rating & suggest everyone goes there for their vehicle needs. Thank you again Rachel & Ted! 😀

Super friendly I came in to get a throttle body put on my vehicle. I told them I could do it. I just didn’t have the time he told me he could squeeze me in probably by the 20th. I told him this was my work vehicle and I didn’t really wanna ride my show motorcycle to work every day but I understood he called me the next day at 4 o’clock except my truck was ready. That’s amazing Service and he’s riding like a dream again thanks a lot. I appreciate you guys.

Ted the mechanic was able to squeeze me in and was super knowledgeable, kind, honest and did great work on my Escape. It was done by the next day. The prices were super fair too. I highly recommend this company!
