I went to GNR to have my vehicle serviced and was very pleased with my experience. As a woman it is so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic because they see us coming and assume we don't know anything about cars so they try to take advantage of us. However, this shop made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. Mario and Hunter are both very knowledgeable about cars and will answer any questions you have without making you feel less than. They are very detailed and thorough with their work and the turnaround time is pretty quick depending on the service you're getting done. If you're looking for a honest and efficient shop I highly recommend GNR if you're in the Downriver area.

Recently had my radiator and battery replaced here. I highly recommend this place as repairs were efficient and thorough. The family is reliable, likeable, and very knowledgable about cars. They know what they are talking about, and do not try to oversell you. If you're debating between this place and another, come here. Even if it's further, you will be getting the best maintenance for your vehicle in the area for a great price. You will not regret it.

Family owned business, treats customers like family.Mario and his wife Tana and Hunter do great work and are also kind, respectful and reasonable. Willing to give a ride home and pick you up when car is done being serviced when needed. Backs up the work they do! And they also have an awesome reward system where you earn points for every dollar you spend on your repair which can be used toward the cost your next service. I just love a reward system that saves you money!
