Do not go here! They pull the switcheroo game… tell you the trans has 80k miles. Then when i search the vin tag it says 300k miles. I end up with what’s supposedly a 160k mile trans that seams to work fine. I trusted them so i thought. Cant even get my core money back. As a shop i never seen nothing like that. Dont even waste your time or energy. Sent me back home all the way to Detroit with my core and told me have a good one. i broke my tire cover in my kia and took off work to bring it back. I was told negative things about them now i see. Stay away. Con artists! And im a shop

Josh is the man! I am 30 years old now! Starting 10 years ago I bought an engine for my truck still running strong!! (And that’s where it all started) I’m here for more parts today! he is truly the man at his job!!! Great customer service , Great guy! Prices are very reasonable! Couldn’t be more happier!

Called about an alternator Saturday paid right then for the part was told it would be done and need to be picked up by 3, 2:30 I call and it’s still not ready. So we called Monday afternoon and it still wasn’t ready, they offered us a different part with a broken plug at this point said absolutely not just give me my money back. Refused to do that and offered in store credit. WHAT ARE YOU OFFERING ME AN IN STORE CREDIT FOR WHEN I HAVEN’T EVEN RECEIVED A PART. It’s now Thursday STILL NO PART or return of any money. Literally got scammed by these clowns. Next person they ask for payment before you get or see the part run cause you won’t receive a part and they’ll just keep your money. Funny how it says add photo to review I would add a photo but you know I never actually received anything from them.

Price was great and part was hard to find, so I call in. They tell me they have it for $85 but they don't have fitment information so I need to check on my own to see that it fits my car (Red Flag #1). I check and it fits so i call back 15 minutes later, they tell me it'll cost $115 (Red Flag #2). I remind them that they just quoted me $85 15 minutes ago, they acknowledge this and say they'll "meet me halfway" at $93.10 (Red Flag #3). I am fine with the price as the dealership ranges $225-$450 and online after market $90 - $285. This is when they tell me I need to come in in person, pay upfront, then come back after the part is pulled (Red Flag #4). I offer to pay right then over the phone but they won't take payment that way (Red Flag #5). So I leave work early, go in and have them pull my quote, price is still $93.10, and I already have my card in hand right on top of the tap symbol of the credit card machine on the counter when I'm told "We only accept cash" (Red Flag #6). While staring at the Credit card machine, I confirm than I'm hearing correctly. I'm then told "We will also accept Zelle" (Red Flag #7). At this point I accept that this is a me problem. Any smart man would tap out at 3 Red Flags yet I've to do so twice! Prices are amazing and they have a phenomenal inventory, I saw a portion personally when they allowed me to use thier bathroom. If you have cash (or zelle) and time to travel back and fourth, go for it, their prices are definitely worth it. Hopefully your experiece is better than mine.

Josh gave me a deal on a grill for my jeep! I really appreciate how above and beyond they went to make sure I was leaving with what I came for !! I couldn't have got it, if it weren't for them! Thank you so much! :)
