I am a returning customer many times over. I come in for a used tire, 255,75,20 they sell me a tire for 65 or so bucks. The same day I have to stop at five air stations to make it home. I bring it back the next day, they take it off inspect the tire and find two little nails. They plug it and I’m off. Well last night I’m driving on 275 and pop. The tire busts from the side wall. I pay 200 for a tow to emerys, very rudely and matter of fact the charge me another 70 for a tire that I didn’t even pick or agree to. I understand no warranty and I get it but come on this is a different situation, that tire wasn’t safe in the first place. Not a sorry, not a let me work a deal, let me see what I can do, nothing but rude customer service. Very unprofessional, no compensation for the fact I’m out of 330 bucks because I choose to patronize you. I asked to speak to the owner, nothing DO DONT SUPPORT THEM Now I made a complaint with the BBB Tire was installed Jan 8 2026 , had issues coming home from work the same day. Tire exploded on Jan 18 2026

Incredible experience, I don't plan on going anywhere else for tires. Called ahead to see if they had the tires I needed. They had a set of used tires in excellent condition in stock. Service was prompt, professional, and friendly. They saved me so much money. Emery went the extra mile to get me what I needed. The tire techs worked quickly and did a wonderful job. Will be recommending them all my friends and family.

View on GoogleI have visited this shop twice to have tires changed, and both times the vehicle was returned to me with loose lug nuts. The first time, I had to return to have them tighten them, I thought it was a little mistake, it happens… BUT ! Last week, when I returned for another change, the exact same thing happened. The thing is I didn’t notice right away but as soon as I drove over a bump, that’s it ! I heard that weird noise and realise it was my tires AGAIN! Not one, TWO TIRES ! This is a severe safety hazard that forced me to visit a different shop today to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive. I cannot recommend this business, as I no longer trust the quality of their work ! Very dangerous !!!! I suspect racism ! Because it can’t happen twice 😡 watch out ⚠️
