I had a really great experience with this auto shop. They were professional, honest, and got everything taken care of quickly. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure my car was running smoothly before I left. It’s hard finding a shop you can actually trust, but these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Great customer service, fair prices, and they really do it all. Don’t even bother with this place! It’s under new management. And NOT for the better! If I could leave zero stars I would. I was supposed to have an appointment this morning and they weren’t even open yet. The person who opened the door was clueless and said “oh yeah you can leave your car here”. Why would I when you have no idea why I’m here? I’m terribly disappointed that Hunter is no longer there. I received the BEST customer service from him and knew my car was going to safe there. I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years and now need to start over finding a good repair shop. When I called the other location about what was going on I was spoken to rudely and wasn’t given much faith that I was going to get good service.

Please save your self and find some where else Iv been bringing my vehicles here for years No problems good costumer service and communication. I had a issue last week dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning by noon I didn’t hear anything from them so I give them a call I’m use to dealing with Hunter to my surprise it wasn’t him on the phone it was a rude man with no information hadn’t even took a look at my vehicle so I tried being patient I know they get busy I call back around 2:30 still rude and haven’t even looked at it so I told him don’t worry about it I’d have it take else where. I sent a tow truck to pick it up this guy gave the tow truck someone else’s keys and was speaking negative about me. I was never rude I was patient and I just didn’t get a good vibe from the new guy
