Very disappointed in BJ's tire, not for the employees or service, but as a whole. I have tried 3 different times on 3 separate deals to get tires before the winter. Once with the B3G1 on some Uniroyals and twice with the B2G2 Kelly tires deals. Each time, my order would go through, receive confirmation, then bounce back and get cancelled within 30 minutes. This happened several times and I've spoken with the manager at this location who could not help me as the tires were "out of stock" nor could they honor the deal. But you're telling me that my specific tire size is out of stock when I try to buy them on the very first day of the deal? I simply don't believe that. Let me remind you, this happened on each separate occasion that these deals were available. This was really a let down as I had bought tires a few years back and they took really good care of me. You've lost a customer and you've lost out on my money.

I bought 4 new tires from here about 6 months ago. When i got a flat tire the other day they wanted $80.00 to fix it. I was told when i bought theae tires that they had a 36 month 36,000 mile warranty on them. I don't think i payed much more then 80 new
