Always have taken care of me here. I keep going back since they are always nice and professional. They offer good service for the longevity of vehicles. Even if the faces changed the service doesn't... They may be busy, so expect and prepare for a wait, and if they aren't busy, you're in n out extra happy 😁 leaving! Oh and free coffee while you wait for your vehicle too
View on GoogleDo not take your car here! Took our car in for tires. They said I need all kinds of work on my car. Took it to another mechanic. Everything was fine. So now I discovered they put the wrong Lug nuts on my tires. They use to be a good, trustworthy place. Not now!
View on GoogleDropped my truck off here at 11am. I was quoted 2hr maybe a max of 3. When I called after giving them 3 full hours, I was told that my truck had not even been worked on yet!!!! I specifically told them that I had to be back on my job site by 3:30 which was a 30 min drive away. Now it’s going on 3:30 in the afternoon and I am still here waiting on my truck! No phone call, no communication whatsoever!! DO NOT USE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO & SPEND AN ENTIRE DAY!!
View on GoogleStaff was unprofessional. Called on 04/ 24 asking for an appointment for today. They stated on the phone I did not need one. I arrived today I was not addressed right away. They all just looked at me and seemed like they did not want to talk to me. The mechanic that does alignments was very late to work and they asked me to come back around 1 pm. I arrived at 1 pm. While i was waiting the staff then played mexican music on their computer and all started laughing. It was very racist and rude. I will never be returning. I do not recommend this shop to any female or mexican. They will make you feel uncomfortable.

I asked Rich for help and he noticed my hubcap was on incorrectly, straightened it for me, put the air in my tire and gave me valve caps that were missing on my tires!! Excellent service!! Thank you so much Rich!! You are so cool!!
