The last two times I brought my vehicle here for an oil change, they failed to tighten the drain plug, resulting in a leak. After the second visit, I noticed the leak again and returned to the shop specifically to have them check the drain plug. They swore nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. Doubting their word, I got under the car myself and found the plug was noticeably loose. It’s bad enough to make the same mistake twice, but to completely dismiss a customer who returns with a specific concern is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and a massive repair bill—don’t go here.

They gave me a free oil change after another oil change business overfilled the reservoir in my car, failed to replace the gasket, and improperly reinstalled the skid plate, resulting in it falling off my vehicle while driving. Stoney Creek Oil Change did a top notch job getting the oil level right where it needed to be, fixing a mistake caused by another business with the utmost professionalism. They have definitely earned a new customer.
