Lakeside Collision Inc Shelby Township

Don’t think there’s a collision shop out there that’s covered by your car insurance that comes even close to Lakeside on 23 mile. Fixed my 2015 Dodge Challenger- serious hit in the drivers side. Almost totaled. I’m very familiar the doing body work and painting cars and know when things are done right, and Lakeside Collision in Shelby did a great job. Twice as good as the next best shop in my 45 yrs of experience. Between me, my family and all my friends, looking at the work they had done, no shop compares. Not even close. Been to many dealers, major chains, and highly rated independent shops. Lakeside on 23 leaves them in the dust. They fought with the insurance company and used all new factory panels on my car- factory not aftermarket , epoxy primers to reduce potential for future rust , etc. They were very diligent about the frame and body straightening too. Constant communication so you know the status every few days by email, and they call you call when a major update is needed. What you expect from a quality job. They may take a little longer that others, but that’s the price of quality work.

Lakeside did an incredible job on my truck. Very professional, helpful, and did an amazing job. Have been using them for years and will continue. Highly recommend!

Had car for 6 days email said car will be ready at 5:25 pm 5 min before close? Went to pick up car only to wait another 30 min while they washed car in 4 degree temp outside never again!

My service advisor was Matt at Lakeside Collision in Shelby Township. Matt was very upfront on the repair on my Mustang GT. Matt and all of the rest of the staff was very helpful, gave me updates on the progress of the repair the whole time the car was there. They understood my concerns, made sure they took the necessary steps to address those concerns. They finished the car about 5 days early, the repair was above and beyond and the car looks awesome! I wish I could give this collision shop more than 5 stars, they did a great job on my car and I am very picky and they exceeded my expectations. The car was clean, under the hood, it was as clean when it came out of there as it was when it went in the shop. If you are debating on who to take your vehicle to for collision or just body work, please give Lakeside Collision Shelby Township a call, you'll be happy you did! The worst experience ever. Don’t get deceived with the good google reviews! After they charged insurance 10 k and after I paid 1k deductible they couldn’t deliver a simple task to install front and rear new bumpers . They were misalign with huge gaps between them and rest of the car. They said they couldn’t fixed the front parking sensors because it’s too difficult?!😣 Rear bumper was warped and they claimed it’s oem ,but you can tell it’s not. It was probably shipped folded . OEM bumpers are not shipped like that. Scammers thinking if they deal with the female they can just do whatever and get away with it. No i did not pick up the car , called the insurance and made a complaint and called the better Business Bureau, file a complaint because ,places like this don’t deserve a honest customer’s. 11k was not enough to get the job done but the whole car worth is around 15k !
