I first had some work done to my car when my mirror was torn off on my 22 Blazer in a car wash and was very impressed with the work and ease of getting it scheduled and completed. I, as a female was treated so kind and was taken seriously as a customer. I then was considering getting some dings repaired on my car when the next week I got into a little fender bender so I decided to use JD’s Macomb auto collision . Dawn took care of everything the minute I called and contacted the insurance company and told me how to get a rental car that would pick me up from her shop. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Again I was very pleased with the work. My car was in beautiful shape like it was brand new. JD’s Macomb Auto Collision is a family owned business and I have never been so comfortable at a collision shop. Dawn at one point even met me out in the parking lot and remembered my name. I highly recommend this collision shop and the workmanship is very much appreciated to someone who really takes care of their car . Thank you so much !

I would highly recommend JDs Auto to anyone looking to get paint or body work done! They took excellent care of my car and treated it like it was one of their own. I was very nervous because I have a very specific paint on my car but they made sure it looked like nothing ever happened. Excellent work and even better people!

Great family owned shop. Definitely would recommend and would use again. Had Dawn quote me for custom paint work on my truck and Joe gave some ideas what he would do. Everything done as promised and shop clean. Joe and his son Josh did great job on the paint, Joe even removed a dent in my hood I never knew had at no extra charge. Highly recommend them to anyone need any paint or work done to there vechile. Went back had Joe paint and install new grille , even did wiring for lights . Goes out of there way make customer happy. Great work

So, I recently got into trouble with my Ford Maverick, damaging the rear passenger side door with paint damage. I did some research for body shops to fix my car and JD’s Auto Collision crossed my search, read reviews and went in. I was greeted with lovely customer service, very understanding of my situation, was given a quote and an estimated completion time and took my car in right away. I received the call the day they told me it would be done and I arrived in the afternoon. Everything went smoothly; I couldn’t even tell the damage was on my vehicle it was completely repaired with a bonus being my full interior of my vehicle was also fully cleaned out as well. My mom also had issues with her vehicle a few months back with some damage to the paint and they took it in right away as I was finishing my payments. Alongside they also pointed out some other dents that were on my hood if I chose to return and get them fixed with an estimate as well. Soon after my mom’s car that I assured her was damage to the paint was gone. My interior of my vehicle was also fully cleaned out as well. Very exceptional service I highly recommend this place, I will be back in the future if any other issues occur.

This was the BEST collision shop I have ever dealt with. My car looks as good as the day I bought it. Very friendly and professional service. Dawn will take great care of you. You can tell she takes pride with every car they fix. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone in need!!!!!
