I have been going to Jay for over a decade. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable of his craft, and humanly honest and transparent in his assessments and quotes. Even after I moved out of state for 5 years, and came back, Jay still remembered me and greeted me by name. I have sent countless friends and family members to Jay over the years and I will continue to do so eagerly. 15/10 Jay is the man. P.S. Chris at the desk/phones is top notch as well!

Jay’s Automotive was recommended by a friend. I called and set up an appointment with Chris to bring in my vehicle. Chris was super helpful and he kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Chris told me what should be fixed from least to the greatest which I thought was very helpful. They fixed my vehicle in one day. I like the quality and care of they gave while fixing my vehicle. My vehicle is not leaking oil anymore. I would definitely recommend Jays Automotive Shop. Fair pricing, great customer service and great feedback on your vehicle. Thank you.

Hard to find a repair facility you can trust these days and to find one that can figure out the real problem with your car is even harder. I took my car to the dealer 3 times paying for their guesses and continuing to have the same problem. At Jays you need to make an appointment but when it’s your turn you have his attention until they solve the problem. Another great job! Tank you

I took my car in for brakes. Jay's notified me the rears still had enough life to wait another few thousand miles. Most shops would just do them without asking. All work was completed on time and pricing was fair.
