had an excellent experience buying my car from this dealership. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process without any pressure. The entire buying experience was smooth and transparent. The team worked with me to find the right vehicle for my needs and made the paperwork quick and easy. I really appreciated how patient and honest they were throughout the process. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and ready to go when I picked it up. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and makes car buying stress-free, I highly recommend them. I would definitely come back again and refer friends and family. I want to start by saying that even a 1-star review feels generous. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram from Ignition Autos. At the time of sale, he was told the thermostat had just been replaced because the heat was not working, and that if the heat still didn’t work he should contact them and they would fix it. A few days later he contacted them because the heat still wasn’t working. He was told someone would call him back, but no one ever did. Not long after, the truck overheated and coolant leaked onto the passenger-side floor. He replaced the water pump at his own expense thinking that might be the issue, but it did not fix the problem. He then performed a combustion test which confirmed the head gaskets are bad. When he contacted Ignition Autos about this, they told him to call back in 25 minutes. When he did, they again said someone would call him back. Shortly after that, he realized they had blocked his phone number. He then went to the dealership in person to try to resolve the issue and was told their mechanic had been busy, which is why no one had called him back. When he asked what they planned to do about the truck, the employee was dismissive and simply told him to bring it back sometime next week. This situation has been extremely frustrating. The vehicle appears to have been sold with serious mechanical issues, and the dealership has not honored what they told him at the time of sale. Instead, he has received the runaround and even had his calls blocked. We would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle here or doing any type of business with this establishment proceed with extreme caution. We have also filed complaints with the Michigan Department of State and the Michigan Attorney General’s Office regarding this matter.

Only reason for a 1 star review was so I could write this.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! BUYER BEWARE!! This establishment does not care what happens to its customers!! The gentleman behind the counter are shady and sneaky!!! Sold me a truck with a bad heater core and blown head gaskets.. they knew what was wrong the truck and did not disclose this information now I am stuck with countless hours of labor and hundreds of dollars (and climbing) in repairs.. if you do business here expect a loss on your end.. the building itself is dirty and disgusting.. these guys are real slime balls and I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere near this address for sake of your sanity and your pocket book

Worst customer service! They sell vehicles and then ghost you. They’ll block your number and not take your calls and dismiss you if you go into the store. Buyer beware. They are dishonest and will sell you a vehicle just for their own profit. The car will break down on you shortly after you purchase it and then do nothing for you!
