My husband and I chose Gentile's Collision based on it's reviews. This is the best experience with an automotive repair we've ever had. I didn't get all the names of the staff but Nathan and the two Melanie's at the front desk, the porter and all the staff were on point. Professional, courteous, prompt, respectful and the work was so well done. I thought my car wouldn't be salvageable but they restored it completely. I was so impressed with the entire experience. I hope the auto repair and collision competitors out there see these reviews and take a page out of Gentile's playbook because this is how auto repair businesses need to handle their clientele. I definitely recommend this shop and if I should ever find myself in need of autobody work again I will be calling them first thing. Thank you Gentile's Collision for saving the day just in time for the holidays! 10 out of 10!

Over the years myself and members of my family have been involved in minor and major car accidents. We were so happy with their service the first time that we kept going back. We always get quick estimates, early or on time repairs (never late), professional and easy to talk to staff.

The other driver didn’t want to go through insurance and offered to pay out of pocket, which can be a tricky situation. From the very beginning, the my service advisor John was incredibly professional and accommodating. He provided a clear, reasonable estimate and was upfront about the process, understanding the unique circumstances of my situation. What truly impressed me was their integrity. Despite the job requiring more work than initially expected, they honored the original estimate without trying to tack on any extra charges, something that’s practically unheard of these days. They genuinely cared about doing the right thing, and that kind of honesty is rare. On top of the excellent bodywork, they even took the time to refill my windshield washer fluid, which my dash had been nagging me to refill the week prior. That small, thoughtful gesture really showed they pay attention to the little things and care about their customers’ experience. The quality of the repair was flawless! My car looks like nothing ever happened. I’m beyond grateful to Gentile’s for their transparency, fairness, and kindness throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality work. This is the kind of shop you hope to find but rarely do.
