My friends at Total Trailer recommended Don's to fix a slow leak in my tire trailer. I called to see if they could fit me in and they said to come by and they'd have me in-and-out. I pulled up and went to back my trailer into a spot to be out of the way - a gentlemen came out and in complete annoyance and began pointing to where I should have parked. It was uncomfortable. When I pulled up I introduced myself and said I called earlier. He said, "I don't get paid to answer the phone, whats wrong with your truck?" That was his response. I was just astounded. Word for word I said, "You suck, man. This is how you treat customers? This is how you expect to bring in business? I'm going somewhere else." I began to walk back to my car. He asked me to stay and wanted to try again. He fixed my tire within 10 minutes then charged me $30. I was so surprised by this interaction.

I called ahead about a rim for the trailer on my semi. When I saw the size of the shop I was a little apprehensive. But, they were great! They had a used Rim in stock, they replaced mine very quickly. And because they had the used rim, my bill was less than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them!
