I brought my chrysler here because it was shifting hard, slipping and jerking. I was able to drop my car off after hours which is very convenient. Chad handled my repair and was exceptional at communicating what they discovered and the quote/cost to repair. They went above and beyond by identifying another bad component beyond my transmission. I was able to leave my car with them for a few days which gave them time to track down the cause of my intermittent issues. I'm very impressed with the time and consideration they had for me. The evaluation they gave me was very detailed and confirmed they were true specialists. I will be letting my friends and family know that Chucks is the place to get your car repaired right. 5 hours after my quote, my car was running just like new again. Bad. Don’t go here. The rebuild on my transmission only last three months and now I can’t get the, to fix the warranty. Have had my van a long time. No one seem to answer when you call and no voice mail. Manager Chad and owner both promise and don’t deliver 18 months since I’ve had my van So the owner said he has tried to get ahold of me. Last time was Oct 25 2025, and you say you noticed Monday it was gone. But today Thursday was the first time you reached out to me you didn't even know If I had it because it wasn't even in your lot. Phones keep records and I can show the times I called you and you called me. name one email, text or letter sent. I can zero.

View on GoogleHave been to Chucks multiple times within the last year for small issues with my Durango and it has always been super easy and simple! The explanations that Vince and Chad give help me understand why my car is having problems and not just because something broke and needs to be fixed. They always get me in and out as quick as they can and I have never had a problem come back after having those guys fix them for me!! Great place, great people, and I will be bringing all of my family’s vehicles here from now on!!
