Cass collision did an amazing job repairing my car after a tree fell on it. It looks as good as new inside and out. Jordan was amazing throughout the repair process with his communication and I have to recommend the shop for the work they did.
View on GoogleCass Collision on Hayes Road in Shelby Township provided excellent customer service. They repaired my vehicle after a deer accident in October 2025, and the work was great. Months later, I realized the rear passenger-side door, which I do not use often, was not closing correctly. I stopped by the shop in June 2026 and asked if they could take a look. Within about 20 minutes, they had realigned the door and touched up the paint where it had been rubbing — all at no charge. I truly appreciate a business that stands behind its work and takes care of customers even months after the original repair. Great service, great people, and highly recommended!
View on GoogleMark went above and beyond to help with our vehicle that was damaged by wood & cement pieces thrown from a stump grinder. After months of issues (on our end) we were finally able to have it repaired. Through it all Mark was willing to help at all times. We picked the vehicle up today and the job was impeccable. We have used Cass Collision in the past and this was just another reason to love this shop.
View on GoogleI recently brought in my car to them. A local car wash had broken off the shark fin on the rear deck lid on my vehicle. Mark at their shop took me right in to discuss. They immediately took my vehicle in the shop and repaired it while I waited. Additionally I had several surface scratches on the rear quarter panel that I asked them to repair/fix which they did as well done by Ethan in the shop who was great to work with. Also Jordan assisted in the repair and explained all they had to do to correct. They were honest, quick, and fair with the entire scope of all the work that had to be done. Our family will be back to see them if we need any collision work done on our vehicles.
