Carfix Auto Repair is one of the best auto service centers I have ever visited. I’m not sure what happened, but I may have made a mistake when scheduling my appointment. I had called the day before and thought I had booked an appointment, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find my record. Despite that, the staff treated me exceptionally well and assured me that they would take care of everything. I showed them my military work identification, and they kindly provided a military discount. They initially estimated the service would take about an hour, and although it went slightly over that time, they went above and beyond by completely waiving the bill. The service ended up being free of charge. I was genuinely surprised by their generosity and outstanding customer service. The team was professional, courteous, and committed to helping their customers. I highly recommend Carfix Auto Repair to anyone needing vehicle maintenance or an oil change. Their service is truly exceptional, and they have earned my trust and future business. Thank you, Carfix, for the outstanding experience!

Great service. I've taken my car there twice and been really pleased. Staff kept me informed as they inspected and made repairs to my car. They even provided photos of issues and insight on proper repairs. My car is running great. The staff is awesome. They are super helpful and very good at explaining what is going on. I'll definitely be using this shop primarily. Great job fellas

They handled a complex list of services, including: • Timing Belt & Water Pump replacement • Front Lower Suspension Control Arms and Ball - Joints (both sides) • Transmission Fluid Service • Engine Coolant Thermostat & Drive Belt replacement The communication was excellent throughout the process. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with high-mileage vehicles, but the team here is professional, thorough, and fair. My Lexus is driving much smoother now. Highly recommend Car Fix Shelby!

He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and made sure everything was done properly. The service was fast, professional, and the pricing was very fair. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. My car feels great now, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
