This BMW service center in Rochester is very suspicious to me. Back in 2022 when I when here for CBR routine checks I was told my valve gasket is leaking. I had no issues with any oil leak or smell in this vehicle but sure enough 3 days later I start smelling oil buring in my compartment, costed me 1900 to fix it from outside, didnt go with them. Back to sept 25th 2023, I went there to get a new battery for my vehicle as it was available the day I called them. I was now told I have suspension Fluid leak in my vehicle. Never had any oil drips on my driveway or in my garage. But yeah 3 days later I have a puddle of oil leak in my garage. I know dealership will say its a coincidence, but not twice, I dont think so. Very suspicious. I gave them a call to talk about the issue and aparently its not their fault. But I will let the people reading this review decide. Gave them another call today Oct 3rd to get pictures of pre inspection leak, service advisor mentioned he had them, but system is down for a week and they dont have them anymore, no way to share them anymore. Doing some more research if you scroll down I found a similar 1 start review by Shu Chuan. Really makes me angry when people are not honest Update 10-17: My review was deleted by the owner and they has still not gotten in contact with me. No pictures were found of my vehicles pre inspection in their system
