Dropped our jeep off for an estimate after speaking with Kevin over the phone for a general inspection and to address a few concerns. He called me shortly after opening to discuss what parts were needed, he was clear with his plan, honest, and not pushy in a way, and he had a reasonable quote ready to give me. I agreed to the work, he told me he would have me ready by the end of the day and he delivered on his word and the car is repaired as promised. I would highly recommend Charest for your repairs!

Brought my vehicle in for repairs, they gave me a diagnosis but then proceeded to call a tow truck and send my vehicle to a tow yard. They refused to pay the fee to get it out. I guess the work was too difficult or they didnt want to do it. No call for me to come get my vehicle just sent it away. Then they LIED & DENIED EVERYTHING!!! Choose anywhere else, avoid these people at all costs

Our installers had a flat tire and just happen to pull into their parking lot. They had them up and on the road again in no time. Thank you for your prompt service! Much appreciated.

I've taken my vehicles here for many years. I bought a new set of tires and had them mounted the other day. It was a great experience all around. Kevin and Dave did a great job mounting and balancing them. They took their time and now my van rides like a whole new vehicle. Very much appreciated!

This place is great.. was told I needed 3,000.00 worth of work by a different shop. Called Charest for a bid from them, they are so kind and professional.
