Dex-Tech Auto Service Center

This review is as sincere as I can write it: The guys at Dex Tech have been so good to me over the years; Dex, James, Jay, Kevin, Ron, and the 32 yr rookie, Matt ! They have been honest from the first time I went there; they have offered advice and even referred me to another shop that specializes in a specific service - to save me $ (what shop does that?!). As customers we are led on to believe that the auto repair industry can have some less than honest garages and mechanics, and it may be true. But it is NOT THE CASE @ Dex Tech. I have visited many diff repair shops over the years, but the HONESTY and INTEGRITY that they treat each customer is why they maintain a customer base of loyal folks like myself.

Recommend 100%! James knew we needed help with my son’s truck so he did everything he could to get us in quick, figured out the problem, and get it fixed within a day. Very honest and trustworthy.

Great customer service and care for my vehicle! I spoke with James (Assistant Manager) regarding the service needed for my vehicle and he provided me with a quote and scheduled the appointment. The day of my appointment, I spoke with both James and Matt (technician) and they took great care of my car. The price was as quoted, and was repaired in a timely manner. I ran into another technician in the parking lot and he too was very friendly. I would recommend them 10 out of 10! Great service, great price and personable. You might even share a laugh or 2 with these guys!

Honestly these guys are my new mechanics from now on. They charged a diagnostic fee and just included my repair in it. Soo many other mechanics couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car but they actually put in work, took my car out for testing and did for only $90 whereas other mechanics charged me alot more. Im thankful i took a chance on these guys and will just start coming here.

Great mechanic! Got my Aztek back on the road many times and it’s running great now!! Always looking out for their customers. Highly recommended for a mechanic in the Saginaw area!
