Bolt snapped holding control arm of the vehicle. Luckily I was 2 miles away. I called and the owner or manager Adel told me to bring it in. He quickly assessed the problem, got the part and made the repair in a couple hours. Price quoted for the repair seemed fair. I would recommend his shop.

They were able to quickly diagnose that my 2nd fuel injector was stuck open and that I needed a new one along with new spark plugs. They had my car running smoothly the very next day! No charging me for parts and services I didn’t need. I sincerely appreciate their commitment to integrity and excellent service.

Not only did this shop save me hundreds of dollars, the work was completed in less than 24 hours from the time I discovered they even existed! Plus, the owner could have charged me extra for a problem that occurred during the repair, but he chose not to! Royal Oak Auto Service will definitely be my go-to shop from now on. They definitely know how to take care of their customers.
