Took my car in a major oil leak. I already knew I needed an engine, went to three other places, precision tune gave me the best price with the best warranty on it, The girl that runs the Front was great. She was upfront Front me the whole way through my process. she told me should take around four days, it took five. My car is driving wonderful so far so good. Thanks, precision tune.

View on GoogleThis location on Main st in Royal Oak is the best. I've been here at least 3 times for and oil change and tire rotation on my lunch. They are very courteous, prompt and always let's me know if they can get me in and completed in my lunch hour they never disappoint. Will definitely be back. Also a great reasonable price.
View on GoogleI came in for an electrical issue and the mechanic got the problem figure out quick and had me in and out. Brittney at the front desk was great and gave me a very fair price. Very nice and honest people here. I often get taken advantage of when I go to car places (I’m a cute gay guy), so that don’t happen this time. Everyone made me feel comfortable and explained things in laments terms. I’ll definitely be back in the future. Love them

She took the time to walk me through everything my car needed (and what it didn’t), explained the pricing clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in making sure things are done right. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and my car is driving noticeably smoother now. But what really stood out was the customer service Brittney provided — no pressure, no upselling, just honesty and respect. It’s rare to find someone in auto service who makes you feel this confident and taken care of.
