I needed to turn around and figure out where I was. This guy came out and was very confrontational and rude. He even yelled a few slurs at me and the nice owners of the donut shop. Very bad for business and drives away people.

My car got stuck on “coming soon” light pole painted white & covered in snow.They came out aggressively angry, insulting my intelligence. John. Called the police because I suggested having a cone covering the concrete or parking his truck there so no one else did it what i did. He said “no congratulations you’re the first person who’s ever done this” The police came within 5 minutes the same time as the tow truck. They talked to me & the cops were very kind saying it was easy to miss. Moral of the story. They were very rude & aggressive for a simple mistake. I can’t even imagine their service if I would have asked them to just charge me for them to help get my car out. How much they would’ve messed it up to make an extra buck. 0/10.
View on GoogleI parked here briefly to check directions and noticed the donut shop nearby. While leaving, I was approached by an employee who was extremely rude and confrontational about where I parked. The “customer parking only” signage is small and not clearly visible. There’s only one sign for a whole row of slots. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. The unprofessional attitude was enough to make me not want to take my business here.
View on GoogleI visited this shop as a walk in customer when I had found my car with a flat tire. They were able to help me get back on the road same day. Excellent service at a great price. Very helpful, friendly, and trustworthy people. I actually got a second flat within a couple of days after they had fixed my first flat. Had a great experience the second visit as well.
View on GoogleCalled and asked if they could test my battery for me because I’ve been having problems starting my car, said I was even willing to pay for something most places don’t charge. The guy was very rude and hung up on me not even offering a time in the future. Horrible customer service
