Always willing to help, always has fair pricing/costs, always knows how to keep you on the road longer by isolating the root items and remedying them. There’s trust and honesty here from a true professional in the industry. I have no plans of ever changing where I take my vehicle to get serviced. Trust. It means EVERYTHING when you trust your car to a mechanic, and James is one of the most trustworthy people I have ever encountered. James has serviced both of the Mercedes I have owned over the past 20 years and both have run flawlessly at well over a 100,000 miles!! Prior to this I had never owned a car over 50,000 miles but really see no reason to get newer cars when he makes my older ones run better than new!! James makes sure everything is done with the care and attention to detail as if it were his own vehicle. And at a price far lower than the dealerships!! In this time where it is hard to find people or businesses that care about the work they do, or the people they serve, James is a truly special person. After struggling to find reliable help for my BMW, James and M-1 came as a recommendation. I tried them out for front brake replacement. The service was absolutely outstanding. James is the most talented mechanic I have ever had service my S-Class. His diagnostic abilities far exceed any one at the dealerships that I have frequented across the country. We have recently moved here to Michigan and will never bring my car to anyone else here. I have not had satisfactory results at some of the dealerships to the point of considering not getting another Mercedes until I found M1 Imports and James.
