Excellent service and professional auto repairs. First repair was a water pump replacement. That was done timely and well. Very satisfied. Next experience prompted this belated review. Same vehicle had a coolant leak. These guys diagnosed it quickly and made the repair as soon as they got the part from GM (it was a dealer only part). Once again, great service and incredibly fair on cost for installation. My go to shop for sure!

I love that this is a privately owned business competing with the big companies and private equity. Personal service, I never felt like an inconvenience like I do at dealerships that are “too busy”. We are all busy and it feels great to be valued as the customer. I was respectful and was treated with honesty and respect. Will definitely return and continue to support this company.
View on GoogleI recently took my car in for repairs and dropped it off and I said that I wasn’t in a hurry to get it fixed, just whenever possible and it would have been ready the very next day but the nice technicians had to do some extra work because the repair was more than expected, and they were kind enough not to charge me for the extra labor!. I just want to say thank you very much again to Joe and everyone else at the shop for doing a great job and for taking care of me and my car! I appreciate everything very much and I highly recommend that anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy auto repair shop to go to First Call Auto for any type of service!
View on GoogleWe needed help quickly as the undercarriage cover of our vehicle came loose on one side and we couldn’t drive without dragging it! We called a couple places and they were all booked solid! Scott at First Call said “no problem, just bring your vehicle in and we will take care of it”! Courteous, professional and very helpful all the way. We arranged a tow that day and my husband and I decided to also have them quote our front brakes, which we knew were close! Timely and excellent work at fair prices with no hassles at all! They even left us a thank you package in the vehicle! Top notch! Highly recommend! Barbara and John
