I did not have a good experience from this place. I had a decent experience purchasing my car from “doko” and Also paying for the title transfer paperwork. Which I still have not received in two months! I’ve been trying to contact the dealer to tell them, When they said it would only take three weeks to four weeks and I can’t get a hold of anybody no Facebook their phone number doesn’t work. I’ve messaged “Doko” personally no response from anybody! Please reach out and send me the title for the vehicle I purchased and paid for!

Be very, very careful about doing business with this used car dealer. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from Carson Automotive in late November of this year. The day that I picked the vehicle up, I was told by Thomas Dancy (the owner) and Jeremy (the assistant/clerk) that my vehicle title and plate would be available to be picked up within the next few business days. Despite several calls, texts, and one email sent on December 5th, I have not heard from Thomas or Jeremy since the day I picked the car up. Not once. I became suspicious as to why a car lot would be dodging my calls over such a routine transaction. So, I started doing a little research. I called another company that I found listed on my paperwork. That company was NextGear Capital. It turns out that this a company that provides financing for dealers like Carson Automotive. After a very illuminating conversation with NextGear, I found out that Carson Automotive still owed money on the vehicle they "sold" me and the title hadn't yet been released to them by NGC. I'm not a legal expert, but it probably wouldn't be okay for me to attempt to sell property that I didn't own. Once again, be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from this company.

I recently purchased my fifth vehicle from Carson Automotive, and once again, they have exceeded my expectations! I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Thomas is one of the most honest and trustworthy men in the business which unfortunately is not common this day and age. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from him over the course of 15 years without any issues. I’ve even sent several family members and friends his direction due to his honest nature. This little lot is a hidden gem. Perhaps that’s why it has been there for so long.

Great guys over here, helped me square away a deal for a 370z that I bought in late October and have been enjoying for a full month now. I made the trip all the way from Chicago for the car and these guys made it easy. I even accidentally left my bag behind there when we were finishing paperwork at the closing table and realized after my 5 hour maiden voyage back to Chicago. I called back and Jeremy was nice enough to overnight it to me and organize time out of his day to that. Really saved my skin and a lot of my anxiety pre and post closing. Some good honest folks doing good honest work.
