I am reposting this because the owner had my original review removed to hide how dangerously incompetent this shop is. Do not take your vehicle here. I brought my car in for a simple blower motor replacement, and it turned into a complete safety nightmare. During the installation, their mechanic severely crushed and ripped open my brake switch wiring harness against a sharp metal bracket. Because of this negligence, my brakes completely locked up on me in the middle of active traffic days later, rendering the car completely immobile and unsafe. They towed it back and kept it for a week, admitting in writing that they couldn't get replacement switches to work due to the electrical short they caused. Their final solution? They bypassed the metal bracket they broke and literally ZIP-TIED a critical brake safety switch to my steering column. They handed the car back to me to drive on public roads with my braking system held together by plastic zip-ties (which they vaguely noted on the final invoice as a "fastener"). I have since filed a formal regulatory complaint with the Michigan Secretary of State regarding their facility and mechanic's license due to the extreme safety hazard they created. They refuse to take accountability for the damage they cause and will release a dangerously rigged vehicle back to a customer. Save yourself the money and the danger—go anywhere else.

Hard to find honest shops like this anymore. They actually take you to the back and show you exactly what’s wrong with your car instead of just telling you and expecting you to trust it. That kind of transparency says a lot. Most places don’t do that. You can tell they care about their customers and aren’t trying to upsell unnecessary work. Highly recommend if you want straightforward, honest service.

They were professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. The car is running perfectly now with no more issues. This place has changed! It's not the same place or the same owners from 2 years ago. It was sold. I'm 78 years old and I was given the runaround. For 4 weeks I was without my car. They held it hostage for "repairs" they said they did AND are trying to bill me $2,000 for things I did not authorize. I'm going to small claims court. We also have the documentation we need for work that they say they completed but it is clear they did not complete anything. Transmission they broke was not replaced. Brushings for steering not done. They did an oil change I never asked for and charged $135.00! We have photos and videos from independent mechanics who looked at the receipt and inspected the car for what they supposedly replaced and recorded it in real time. It shows bolts rusted onto parts that they say they replaced and billed me for. No new brushings in steering. It's a shady place and if you know what's good for you you'll stay as far away as you can. This is my experience and it's the first time I've dealt with someone trying to take advantage of me like this. Went in for a simple Solenoid replacement in the transmission $1,100. Doubled the bill. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, protect yourself. That is the purpose of my honest review. Word of mouth experience
