Excellent all-around experience. A friend who has about eight lifts installed by Dows recommended them to me. I contacted them, and they were very helpful in helping me decide on which lift would work best for me. Installation was scheduled about a week later, and the lift was installed today. The installers were very professional, showing me how to use it and how to maintain it.

After making my choice we set up a time for install and everything went as planned. Donnie took time to help me with the rebate from Rotory. View on GoogleMy name is Ernie, I was having an issue with my used Challenger car lift that I just purchased. It just wouldn’t come down all the way. So I reached out to the Guys over at Dow Equipment Service and after about 3 phone call sessions an about 10 text messages, they were able to help me resolve my issues. They could have simply told me what their service call costed and left it at that. But that’s not the type of company this is. They were genuinely concerned about me getting my lift back working and working safely. They invested quite a bit of time to help me at no charge at all. I will always recommend Donnie and the guys over at Dow Equipment Services for any all your lift, compressor, and lubrication equipment needs. They left me with a huge smile on face. Thanks guys.
