I had an excellent experience with Conway’s Auto Care. From the moment I brought my car in, Josh and the team was incredibly professional, transparent, and honest. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly even though they were clearly busy, which I really appreciated. They diagnosed the issue with my vehicle right away and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing throughout the process. I was also given a clear estimated cost upfront, and the pricing felt very reasonable. My car was experiencing a transmission issue that could have required a very expensive repair. Instead of pushing unnecessary work, they were upfront about their diagnostic findings and explained that with the mileage on the car, and the possibility of metal in the motor, putting a lot of money into repairs probably wouldn’t be the best decision. That level of honesty is rare and truly appreciated. Overall, the service was wonderful. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident that they had my best interests in mind. I would absolutely recommend Conway’s Auto Care to anyone looking for trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics.

Josh is great. He listens to what you want to do, asks questions, and provides helpful suggestions. Very easy to talk to. Never tries to do work on your vehicle that you don’t want or need. He also provides updates on the status of the work and how soon it will be completed. These guys are honest, straight shooters. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped in to see if they could help me with a headlight bulb replacement. The heavy set man behind the counter would not get off his buttocks to assist me. He said we’re busy, call next week. I took my vehicle to O’Reily Auto Parts in Flat Rock and they immediately replaced my headlight bulb. My father operated a barbershop in Rockwood for 50 years, he treated everyone with respect. He took the time to assist anyone in need. The heavy set man behind the counter at Conway Auto Care has no customer relation skills. Getting off his buttocks and providing a five minute fix, would have generated positive reviews and a great community service. Telling someone to come back next week without even trying to provide a quick fix and/or giving a specific appointment makes one wonder if the business even cares if they get business. My reply to the owners response is, staff at O’Reily Auto Parts went outside in the freezing weather and assisted me with my headlight bulb replacement.

The people working here truly care! We've had our work van in here and they always go above and beyond. They explain everything in detail and do it the right way. So glad to find an honest mechanic so close to home. They are the only ones I take it too now.

Truck a/c wasn’t working. Got an appointment in one week. Josh and his team got it repaired on the same day. Reasonable cost and quick service. Will return. Thanks, Josh.
