View on GoogleI originally reached out to Fleet Fix when I was truck shopping to get a pre-purchase inspection. I did this because this sale was from a private individual & I only had our communications about the truck via our phone calls. Now, mind you that's another experience all together... the first inspection seemed to have went okay enough to move forward with the purchase & send the truck to Fleet Fix. Once there, well that became what felt like a never ending story of items that needed more repair than originally anticipated, nor mentioned previously in earlier discussions. NOT by Zach at Fleet Fix of course. It was the opposite, I was given a list of things at first in need of repair, but as those repairs where being handled, other items were being discovered as the truck was being taken apart to gain access to the area in need of original fixing in the first place. A big factor, the most time consuming problem was the electrical. Originally stated to me at pre-sale as "a couple small electrical issues". Zach & his team tackled hours, days, & yes, months of diagnosing, rewiring, re-pinning connections, etc., for that part of the repair alone. Other items including rebuilding the driveline, the front end, rewiring a portion of the dash & replacing several inoperative gauges, reinstalling missing air & electrical lines, replacing the steering shaft, etc., the list goes on. Fleet Fix communicated with me periodically along the way through out the entire process. The truck is old, seeing how Zach & his team were willing to tackle such a task in itself says wonders on how they treat everyone equally whether you've got a modern semi or a older semi. I would happily recommend to anyone in the area or even out of state, to give Fleet Fix, namely Zach & his team the opportunity to work on your truck. I've got a few more things to fix on this old girl (Peterbilt 379) & I'll be back to continue getting my truck fixed the "right way the first time" with Zach & his team at Fleet Fix Mobile Truck Repair.
