I had to replace the thermostat on my Cadillac XT5, which unfortunately is a common issue with certain Cadillac models. The frustrating part is that replacing the thermostat on these cars is a big job. The whole engine needs to come out. What a joke. I went to several workshops and always received quotes around $1,000!! While searching on Google Maps, I found this workshop with many great reviews and decided to ask for a quote. Their price was much lower than all the others, so I booked an appointment. Although I had to drive about 50min to get there. Today I had the repair done, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the smooth process. Everything went perfectly. What impressed me most was their honesty! They even told me it took less time than expected, so I ended up paying less than the original quote. That’s rare to find these days! It’s refreshing to see true professionals who care about treating customers fairly instead of just trying to take as much money as possible. From now on, I’ll always bring my repairs here and will 100% recommend them to others. Thanks so much, Rich and team, for your outstanding service!
