I was searching for a local mechanic for my BMW, and these guys did a quick and fantastic job diagnosing the issues. The cost was much better than expected. Because of that experience, I decided to have my truck checked out as well. Two other shops quoted me $1,200 and $1,400, claiming I had a broken exhaust manifold. Big Al and his crew found that it was actually just a couple of broken bolts. They not only repaired it, but did so in under an hour—and for only $200. They’ve gained a new, loyal customer. I highly recommend these guys!

I initially called and spoke with Steve at another one of their locations who then referred me to Al at this specific location regarding a decent sized scuff on my bumper. Al was able to get me in and take a look at it right away and give me a quote. As unfortunately it was a bit of out my budget at this time, I appreciated that he was very honest and straightforward and helped me the best he could to get it repaired so it wasn’t so unsightly. It made all the difference and I am very thankful I came across this company. Both men were very kind and helpful and Al is a good honest man. Thank you guys! I will absolutely refer/do business with you in the future.

I had a great experience at Redford Auto Repair with my 2017 Hyundai. Rachad took the time to properly diagnose the car and clearly explained what it needed before doing any work. I was on a tight schedule, and he was able to complete the tune up quickly and efficiently without rushing or cutting corners. The shop is honest, reliable, and very customer focused.
