Amanda seems like a straight shooter. I brought my truck in for a sunroof leak and I was seeing some white smoke intermittently from my exhaust. They diagnosed that whoever had owned the vehicle prior to me had over filled the oil and proceeded to do a routine oil change to correct the issue. The apparent repair for the sunroof was a bent rail that had caused the sunroof to not seal correctly. It supposed to rain later today so we will find out if this is indeed corrected. The most disappointing part of my experience was when I went to pick up the truck it was filthy inside. There was cold patch (asphalt repair patch) from someone's shoes on both driver and passanger side floor boards, dirt scuffs on door panels and all seats in the vehicle, cigarette ashes on the passenger side floor board. The dirty floor paper sheet that is supposed to keep the car clean was left in there covered in dirt and grease. I noticed that there was water on the center console again which is the problem I had brought the vehicle in for. I am going to wait to confirm that the leak has been corrected or not but I can't believe that is the way you would leave a vehicle prior to customer pick up. Update to this post they took the vehicle back resealed the windshield. The vehicle was returned to me in poor condition.

I would NOT recommend this shop based on my experience. I brought my car in because it would shut off after turning it on. Not only was this issue never fixed, but additional problems started after it was in their care. When my car arrived at their shop, white smoke began coming from the exhaust, which was NOT happening before. After their service, it appeared that my vehicle was overfilled with oil. Which was NOT true! I also noticed new damage to my vehicle, including scraping along the side that was not there before I brought it in. Additionally, my car was returned with dirty interior. Customer service was very unprofessional. The front desk staff was rude, hung up on me, and stopped answering my calls when I asked about picking up my car. Overall, my vehicle was not repaired for the original issue and came back in worse condition. I would not trust this shop with my vehicle.
View on GoogleIt took forever, like over an hr for a simple oil change. I had to wait inside. When I went somewhere else for an oil change months later they showed me how the oil pan plug was stripped from being put on too tight and the filter was stuck due to poor installation. It costed me an additional $60. I even got a second opinion so I know they weren't trying to finesse me. I would not go here again. The Groupon was not worth it.

View on GoogleHad my car worked on here about two months ago. I haven't had any issues since I've taken it to this shop. The techs make sure a job is done 100% right. The front of house staff were also very friendly.
