I recently took my 2015 BMW 228i to Ahmed for transmission control unit issue, and I am extremely happy with the results. Ahmed was able to diagnose and fix the issues with my car quickly and efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. I was particularly impressed with Ahmed's attention to detail and the care they took to ensure that my car was running smoothly. They clearly have a deep understanding of German vehicles and were able to identify and fix the issues with my BMW that other mechanics had been unable to. I had no ideal what was wrong he assured me they will figure it out and they did. I was updated though the entire process and was sent pictures on what was wrong. They were nice and professional. View on GoogleI have given the business 3 different opportunities to prove that they are a reputable business. Each time a have received the same terrible service. That includes additional charges and new broken parts that were not broken or causing any problems before allowing them to check my vehicle. This business is will be reported to the BBB ASAP.
View on GoogleGreat customer service. The employees were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The prices were significantly lower than other shops I called. I got brakes, rotors, oil change and tire rotation. Also, they got me in and out quickly. I’ll be having my vehicle serviced here from now on!
