Darby's auto is a great place i never thought I would be has happy as I am with the work they have done on my car. I never had a problem with them customer service is awesome! Bob is awesome I love the Honesty he has not trying to RIP women off or anyone off. My cousin referred me and he's a male never once had anything bad to say about this place Bob and Mike are great guys! There prices are affordable and I will 100% recommend taking your car there for anything even oil changes! I had a bad experience with getting my oil change at Matick dealership on Telegraph and Bob told me the real issue why I had no oil in my car SMH.......I really trust these guys so please give them a try!!!

Spoke to Mike, explained my issues. Said I would be there within the week. 20 minutes later I showed up. We spoke, he showed me around the shop and introduced me to the workers. Then pulled my car in. Put in the new thermostat. And out the door in time for work. Thanks guys. You have my business!

Once again Darby's did a amazing job! They welded my muffler back together with new parts and got it done within a hour. They only charged me 100 out the door. Bob is amazing and very respectful and polite. I will forever sing their praises and I strongly recommend that everyone even if they don't live around here go to Darby's off Inkster Rd. Thank you once again and I will always recommend you guys and continue to do business with you!

I had my car there for 2 separate service needs this year. 1 for a/c and the other for brakes. Both times Darby's was fast and efficient. Their costs are very affordable, and they always look for the best repair option to help keep the costs low. The staff was easy to talk to and explained everything that was happening and why. I live 2.5 hours north of the shop and will not hesitate to continue bringing my vehicles to them.
