I had a really great experience getting a free oil change here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. Even though the service was free, they treated me like a valued customer and didn’t try to pressure me into anything extra. The process was quick, smooth, and efficient, and they made sure everything was done properly before I left. It’s rare to find places that offer something like this and still provide such high-quality service. I truly appreciate the kindness and honesty shown. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be coming back for future services!

I took my truck in that I had just purchased used for a complete inspection. From the very first phone call, I was greeted by Nick at the Beech Daly and Grand River location, with the friendliest, and most respectful manner. I tried this location simply because of the professional human being on the other end of the phone. I was in the mindset of shopping around but once I encountered Daly Auto Repair I stopped and immediately took my car there. It was very clean the guys were very kind and professional and the atmosphere was comfortable. I got a full inspection letting me know exactly what was wrong and what needed to be repaired on my truck and Dalys made a way for me if I was interested in moving forward for financing. I began service on my car and was never pressured about any of my decisions. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly so that I as a woman understood exactly what was about to happen if I chose this business. I am very happy with my decision. I now have my vehicle I feel safer in it and I am looking forward to going right back to that exact location to get the next round of maintenance done on my car. I highly recommend Daly and I will as long as I am driving a vehicle be a customer of Daly Auto Repair. I sound like a commercial but I am very serious because I am so satisfied with the service that I have received within the last 24 hours of encountering this Business. I dropped off my vehicle at your establishment on Tuesday afternoon and was delighted to receive it back on Wednesday. The customer service was exceptional, and the work they performed was remarkable. I am a satisfied customer, and the price was reasonable. I had to replace my water pump and timing belt, which is not an easy repair. I appreciate Kass and Sam for the exceptional experience.

I prayed about whether to leave this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience in hopes of helping someone else. On January 26, I went to Top 1 Auto and was told I needed $3,500 worth of repairs. I explained that I could not afford that and asked what work was immediately necessary to make my vehicle safe to drive. I was assured the priority repairs would take care of the safety concerns. After paying approximately $2,500, I was told my vehicle was safe. However, my car drove worse than when I brought it in and became completely undriveable in the snow. I was charged nearly $180 for a front-end alignment, yet the car continued swerving and would not drive straight. When I called and brought the vehicle back, I was told it needed an alignment — despite already being charged for one. I was then informed they do not have the capability to perform a 4-wheel alignment at their facility and would need to send it elsewhere. This was extremely concerning, as I had already paid for an alignment. I was later told the issue had nothing to do with the work performed and that additional rear-end repairs would cost another $700. After multiple attempts to return and have the alignment completed (I was turned away twice and then referred to Firestone, who also could not accommodate me), I decided to seek a second opinion. Another mechanic reviewed my receipt and inspected my vehicle. He was shocked by the charges and advised that the work completed did not match what was listed on the receipt and was not what was needed to address my vehicle’s issues. I have since obtained documentation from two independent shops to support my dispute. I am now pursuing reimbursement through my bank. If they had simply completed the alignment I paid for, this situation may have been resolved. Instead, I felt misled, overcharged, and taken advantage of. I strongly encourage others to get multiple estimates and bring someone with them when seeking repairs. I share this experience so others can make informed decisions. These people charged me almost $200 for a front end alignment, never completed the work that was needed to address the issues with my car, overcharged me for the work they did do and only did 1/2 the work listed on my receipt. Now, I have to get the bank involved and seek legal advice for my losses.
