Ali took the time to listen and understand exactly what was going on. He didn’t rush me or talk over me — he just paid attention and asked the right questions. His father and the other men in the shop were also very attentive and respectful. You can tell this is a family‑run business where everyone takes pride in the work and in how they treat people. The shop had other vehicles ahead of mine, so I left the truck overnight, and they still had it repaired by the next day. That showed me they respect people’s time and run their business the right way. They tore down the wiring, found the damaged section, repaired it, and made sure everything was working before I left. No upselling, no excuses — just honest work. My wife also felt safe and respected in the shop, which says a lot about the environment they’ve built. After everything we went through with the previous mechanic, the relief of finally having the issue handled correctly was huge. We’ll be returning for some other repairs that another shop messed up, because we trust the work here. I appreciate the integrity, the honesty, and the quality of the service. Great shop definitely recommend this shop over and over again. I had some electrical issues with my 2019 ford fusion I pulled in let Ali know the problem (2days before the 4th) and he had my car done the next day and a super great price with all the problems I had going on.
