I brought my Nissan Altima here for it to get an alignment couple years ago due to I had coil overs and then I brought my Honda Civic here for them to do an alignment due to. I had Lorraine Springs and they said that they were not able to do it. They charge me but then after they refunded me this place is OK. I haven’t really been here a lot to really give you a good answer, but when they did the alignment on the Ultima So I would give this a solid three star review

Would not recommend to anyone. If I could do a zero star rating I would. I had a "four wheel alignment" supposedly done here. They likely did nothing but air up my tires and charge me 90 dollars. The customer service is very impersonable. I asked that they let me know if I needed any parts affecting my drive train and got zero feedback. Bad business. If they keep doing this to the community, they're going to end up with a lawsuit. If I had the time that day , I would have had my car checked out by another shop to see if anything had even been done.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! They were afraid to change the oil in my car that has a simple magnetic oil pan plug. Refused to even touch it! I shudder to think how they'd handle anything truly complex. They've lost my family as customers plus anyone else I can tell about the unsatisfactory treatment I received.
