About my 2010 Ford Expedition shop servicing at Vans Auto experience. I was trying to be nice about this by not leaving a negative review but after encountering a few hiccups that they created with their subpar service for me and after paying $3,300 for my timing chain replacement I am left with no other options especially after encountering the disgruntled and very aggravated shop owner named Dwayne who likes cussing when confronted. Since the service was done 2 years ago my oil pan leakes do to a faulty oil pan gasket. I have no air-conditioning and my oil dipstick tube is broken. Whereas before the service, I had no oil leakes coming from my oil pan, my oil dipstick tube wasn't broken and my air-conditioning worked. My timing chain sounds like it did before the repair and this IS NOT DUE TO LOW OIL LEVELS!!!! If you love wasting money, and, love an angry shop owner, then Vans Auto is your garage to go to!!!!! Im not disputing anything with anyone there or on here. JUST BE SURE TO EVALUATE YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE GIVING IT OVER TO THEM & I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CHECKING YOUR VEHICLE AFTER SERVICES ARE DONE AT THIS SHOP!!! DON'T RUSH OFF OR LET THEM RUSH YOU OFF OUT OF THERE!!!!! YOU JUST SIMPLY CAN'T TRUST ANYONE ANYMORE!!!!! Edit in response to Vans Auto response. Yes i spoke with Duane or Dwayne how ever his name is spelled who is by the way thee owner. Im not playing a game of he said she said. Anyway I came up there before the shop even opened as he was walking into the building and one of the girls who is the receptionist or secretary, whatever. He told me I need an oil change, so went to get one and that's when I found out the dipstick tube holder was broken and ziptied to the radiator hose line and they said I have an oil pan leak most likely due to bad gasket for oil pan. Further more he most certainly cussed out of frustration immediately turning my attention to lack of oil stating he heard a knock which has always been there. And yes i have a silver 2010 Ford Expedition. I did bring my issues there and was at that time still under my 2 year warranty. His response to what told him and showed him says everything. No class and disrespectful disregarding and refuting. Lack of sympathy and empathy. Im not made of money and if I had the money to just waste I definitely wouldn't bring my vehicle back up there. I bought my expedition used and no i never had a oil leak and broken dipstick holder till this visit.

I’ve been taking all of our vehicles to Vans Auto for a few years, from my kids cars to my wife’s and mine and they’ve always taken great care of us. They’re honest, fair with pricing, and consistently helpful. Every staff member I’ve dealt with has been friendly and easy to work with. It’s hard to find a shop you can really trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend Vans Auto for any car repairs.

I've been in for a range of services and every single time the staff has been so helpful. I have even called to see if I can get in last minute and they are super accommodating which is a life saver!! They have all taken the time to listen to my concerns and what I've tried to remedy the issues. Each time the mechanics have explained what they've done to fix the problem and how I can continue to maintain my vehicle! Pricing has always been reasonable for me so thank you guys and I will absolutely be returning and recommending for any future issues!

Everyone here is always fantastic. Sweet, kind and nice. I do not know much about vehicles. They are very helpful in understanding when I try to explain what the vehicle is doing and how it sounds different and how it feels different when driving IF THEY CAN HANDLE ME they can handle anyone.

Duane and Nicole helped us greatly when our alternator failed. They got us in and out quick and for a very reasonable price. This was the second vehicle I brought to them and I honestly don't plan to go anywhere else. Having a mechanic you can trust takes much of the stress out of repairs and maintenance.
