Was supposed to repo a truck on Friday at 10pm. Never showed up. Called on Monday no answer, called today no answer so went up there and doors were locked and building closed. Why be a towing/ repo company if you can't show up like i was told????

Select towing with the final process In Surrendering my stepdad’s vehicle he’s gotten older. He’s unable to drive so it was time, but I had a heck of a time with the financing department through Hyundai getting it done. I won’t get into the detail details of that so in the end, I was wanting some sort of documentation that it had been picked up by them. I think the driver misunderstood the reason I wanted it because he began getting upset with me. I didn’t want it cause I didn’t trust him. I wanted it that way if the financing department gave me more problems I could have documentation that I went through the correct process and it was finished and done I won’t get into details about the financing department, but I just wanted to have a easy finish with us and that way I knew that if they tried saying for whatever reason, somehow the car didn’t get back to that I had proof now I don’t and it has nothing to do with select towing. They called me set up an appointment. The driver was a little bit late, but that’s fine. It’s not a big deal. I know that you can’t always get places on time when you’re doing that kind of work, but I feel like the ending of the situation exasperated for no Reason and I think it was just a misunderstanding . I was no way in suggesting that the driver was not who he was and that he was anybody else that should’ve been picking up the vehicle. I just wanted to have a receipt of sort since we were surrendering the vehicle.

So let’s start off with if your car ends up here it’s your own fault for not handling your bills or taking care of a car loan that you can no longer afford. Yes initially you’re pissed at the “repo” man for taking your car but really you should be mad at yourself. Anyways my car ended up being repoed here after losing my job in the summer and falling behind on bills. I ended up paying my loan current and scheduled a time to come pick my car up. The receptionist was very nice and understanding. When I arrived today she was still very nice and professional. Due to my car being a higher end sportier car it was separate from all of the other vehicles in a cement space. They allowed me to go in back and drive it out due to being a stick and also being a heavily modified vehicle and jumped the battery for me since it was dead. All of my belongings were in the same place I had left them, so no issues there. At the end of the day these guys and gals are just doing a tough job that I’m sure includes a lot of stressful situations from angry people. But just remember how it got to that point before pointing your finger, unless you’re standing in front of a mirror of course. My two cents.

Towed my car and things were stolen out of the car also like the rest of the reviews on here. They took my handicap, placard, a very expensive pair of scissors and a knife, and who knows what I forgot. I would never recommend them anywhere not thieves

I had no problem with getting my items. I didn't like the fact they put my things in bags themselves because I knew something could've been disregarded but fine, whatever. However after going through everything I was given I was actually right, there was money that was not returned and coincidently there's not a valid picture of the location available even though supposedly it should be so now I have to make a claim with my bank. Thanks for the leaving me the singular dollar I guess.
