Amazing experience calling in for a quote. Everyone else in the area was rude and/or tried to make me feel dumb for asking basic questions, but not here! The gentleman on the phone was very kind, patient and had no problem answering my questions; might I also add that his quote blew everyone else’s in the area straight out of the water! I can already tell these guys do phenomenal work and use quality parts (because he answered my questions and I was able to confirm they do in fact use quality parts). Wonderful experience, get all your trans work done here!

They replaced my transmission and the car never ran correctly. It was shifting hard into every gear and when I tried to bring it to their attention they tried to gaslight me saying "seems fine to me" and "it's supposed to run like that" essentially they were already paid and unwilling to do any further repairs. 11 month later and that transmission is now blown too. I didn't even put 10k miles on it. Thanks for taking 3k and giving me garbage.

Had my transmission repaired at Precision Transmission just over 3 months ago. So, out of warranty and the same problem started re-occurring. Took it to the shop they had it for a week and a half and had no idea what was wrong. They said it wasn't the same problem but, it diffidently was related to problem and they just never found or fixed it. The boss said it was okay to drive and so I drove and kept record of when, what and why. Then not even a week later and I have 5 neutrals after, he said it was okay to drive...yeah no it wasn't...thanks. They may be able to fix a stock transmission out of an old truck but anything aftermarket or electronic they cannot do anything. Looks like I'm going somewhere else I don't want my truck gone for two weeks then get it back and absolutely nothing is fixed... On top of him saying it's safe to drive it breaks then won't confirm if it will be covered. Yes, I was a week or so over the Warranty but, any good or reputable company would cover that in a heartbeat. Oh well I guess time to move on and my advise is DO NOT go here they may have decent customer care but not even a decent repair shop... 3 months... 3 months and the transmission had the same exact failure.
