Another amazing experience thanks to Matt and Vaughn (hope I spelt that right). I have been going to Motor Medic about 6yrs now for all my car repairs and purchases and Matt always knocks it out of the park, I honestly can't say enough good things about him. His new sales guy Vaughn is a very sweet patient guy with a great sense of humor! Thank you so very much! I absolutely love my new Jeep!!!
View on GoogleI can't say enough good things about Matt (owner). I started going to him a little over 4yrs ago. I bought a car from a lot and when it broke just days later they said Motor Medic takes the warranty (the warranty the car lot failed to file) Matt worked with me and helped me get everything straightened out. I then started using him as my mechanic, and trust my lemon had problems. Less than a year later it was totally done for. I then purchased a vehicle from Matt. Best little car I've ever owned! I never had anything go wrong with it outside of normal wear and tear for the 2.5yrs I had it. Today I was in an accident and that car was totalled. I went straight to Matt, who really knows me by now and he had me in another vehicle within hours. I have never had a single issue with any repairs he has ever done. I ended up moving an hour away and will still have my car towed to him before taking it anywhere else! Thank you Matt for always looking out, you are very appreciated!
View on GoogleI went to another shop to get warranty work done. But it didn't go well. So I was told to come here. Soon as I walked in the door I got fantastic service. Matt listen to my cocerns and insured me that he could get the warranty work done. I was called in a few days with all of the warranty work done. What a great place to get your car repaired. My drive is about 25 minutes but I will take that drive any day for great service at Motor Medics which also has great customer service and very friendly. Rhoda M.
View on GoogleThe worst day of my life was when my 2001 Pontiac Aztek blew a head gasket. I know, I know, it’s 2019 and the car is old and not that good on the eyes but I love the damn thing and was so worried that it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Since this garage was literally up the street from my house, my boyfriend and I took my car there after having it towed and I was so happy when I met the owner. I knew my car was in good hands and when I was told the price to repair, I was even more happy. This place rocks and I will tell everyone who needs auto repair to go here! They are trust worthy and have great pricing!
View on GoogleVery unprofessional. Selling lemon cars after telling people there's nothing wrong with them and safe to drive. Sold me a car with a HORRIBLE transmission & only thing he's willing to do is put in one I bought, for free. Ooh and let's not forget I still haven't gotten the title for said car.!!! Dude is just money hungry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!!!
